Molds are made from vertically laminated Baltic Birch plywood and are machined from blocks approximately 3.75" - 4" thick. It is recommended that you use buffer material between the presses and the molds to prevent damage to the molds.
Molds are clearcoated with polyurethane.
Use a non-stick barrier like clear shipping tape or plastic on the mold surfaces to prevent glue getting on the mold surfaces.
Lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks from receipt of order. Shipped directly from our production partner in Florida, USA.
